You are arriving the statistical application of 2-Way ANOVA for the case of data with equal replications per cell only. According to the way of statistical test, you can select the number of treatment (or so-called column) and the number of block (or so-called row) up to 3. You just input the data from observations or experiments in each cell. Then the application would calculate and create the 2-Way ANOVA table consisting of the values of sum of squares (SS), mean square (MS) and the F-value of treatments and blocks also including the values about the error and interaction of the test.
