MyHealth@Hand is a combination of two connecting apps: one for (pregnant) women and mothers; one for health workers. MyHealth@Hand for moms enables you to store, access and own your personal health data, find personalized information about how to stay healthy before, during and after pregnancy and facilitates efficient communication with health workers. If your health care provider is using MyHealth@Hand - for health workers, you can allow him/her to update and access your personal health data and contact him/her using the chat feature.
