This app provides a map of the latest earthquakes happened in USA. The map is constantly updated to give you fresh information in real time. You are going to see always the latest 200 events.
Color to immediately identify the dangerousness of events: three different color , three ranges of magnitude.
The blue color identifies events of magnitude greater than 2 and less than 3.
The yellow color identifies events of magnitude greater than 3 and less than 4.
The purple color identifies all the others events.
The app automatically groups two or more events belonging at the yellow and at the purple cluster.
Yellow and purple groups have a higher display priority, which is why they can hide the blue group if there is overlap.
Zoom in the map and discover the details about the events.
Click the disclosure button to check the exact location, depth and time (UTC format) where the earthquake occurred.
