WaterDirect is an interactive European water map available as a mobile app.
With WaterDirect the courses of the main European waterbodies (like rivers, canals, and lakes) will become visible and discoverable in one glance. The app is based on full end open data.
There are 2 ways to find a watercourse:
- After searching by name, the watercourse appears on the map;
- After clicking on a watercourse on the map, the name and extent appear on the map.
This application has been developed within the MyGEOSS project, which has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme.
