Quickform is the easiest way to capture and manage worksite notifications.
How does it work?
Login to the QuickForm Web Portal (https://www.quickform.co) to first create a form. Forms are fully customizable and can be built with just the fields you need. With eight distinct field types to choose from including radio buttons, checkboxes, free text fields, and pictures, you're in control over what you want reported. The web portal also allows you to control who has access to your form. Add and remove users to your form using their email address.
Once created, any individual you have provided permissions can log in to the QuickForm Mobile app to submit a form. The mobile app allows users to submit forms while they are at the worksite and do not have immediate access to a computer. The mobile app also has the option for users to take photos with their phone and geotag a form submission.
