An exciting new action arcade space shooter game with a brand new interface! This game includes puzzle like challenges and contains hints of classic retro sounds and effects! Easy enough for anyone to play, simple enough to learn and challenging enough to keep you playing for hours!
Levels progress from basic to advanced and include a tutorial style introduction. They increase in complexity and become more challenging as you progress through the game. Game data is saved with each session, and can be reset from the Options menu.
Game play involves piloting your ship using the Dpad, collecting gold credits, shield and gun power-ups and plenty of enemy ships. Increasing your credits and score are the goals, credits can be used to purchase upgrades to your ship from the levels screen. Upgrades improve your speed, shields and guns!
There are a few twists that make this game unique. For example, to destroy green enemies you must have picked up at least one green gun power up. The same is true for yellow, purple and red. Shields work in a similar fashion, i.e. green shields protect you from green enemy fire, yellow shields protect you from yellow enemy fire, etc. The exceptions are that if you possess all four colored guns, you can also shoot at and destroy rocks! There are several rock challenges in the levels. Rocks can immediately destroy your ship unless you happen to possess the coveted Copper Shield!
When owned, the Copper Shield protects against ALL enemy ship colors and also protects against impacts from collisions with rocks.
