High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Time Under Load Tracker ( HIIT/TUL ) makes tracking your high intensity interval training workouts fast and easy! It's highly configurable and simple to use.
It's lightweight, super fast, and configurable. No login or Internet connection required!
You can choose which exercises you want as part of your routine, choose your chart style (bar graph or line chart), and choose how much workout history to save over time.
With that done, select an exercise, enter the weight or pin number, and start the timer. When you're done with the exercise stop the timer and click the Save & Finish button and you're done. Your progress is automatically tracked and displayed in a chart and in a table of statistics. You also get a simple at-a-glance icon indicator that shows you if you've improved (green icon) or decreased (red icon) for each exercise since your last workout.
