Fitness Philosophy is a basic informative fitness android application that would help beginner and intermediate lifters to learn basics of workout and muscle functioning.

Calorie Tracker: calorie tracker counts basic calorie burned throughout the day

while performing activities such as biking, swimming, walking, running, dancing, gymming, staircase walk, etc

It is very essential to calculate your energy expenditure when you are on a calorie deficit.

Calculator: Next important feature of this application is micro-calculator.

The micro calculator will provide you all necessary fitness values such as,

1. Body Mass Index (BMI) calculator: Tells you your muscle composition.

2. Body Fat Percentage calculator: Calculate your average fat value here.

3. Basal Metabolic Rate(BMR) calculator.
