It’s basically the technique for sentiment analysis using text mining (Natural Language Processing).
Social media posts can be analysed by this software. For example using this software we are able to get latest user’s feeling from social media related to subject. Obviously there can be hundreds or thousands posts but the software use the sentiment text analysis and can show me ‘emotion’ of each entry posted by users in scale from -1.0 to 1.0. The -1.0 means that the user was terrible experience or feeling about given subject or product.
