In 2011, Fouad Gerges graduated with a masters degree in sports science. He had a vision to create something that went above and beyond the mundane “gym training” and started with a fitness center he believed would change the face of health and fitness. Thus, the launch of Step Ahead.
At Step Ahead, our mission is simple. We believe every person has potential beyond belief in his/her being and we strive to get that potential to shine through. It is also our absolute duty to maximize the athletic potential of all our athletes through superior training and the relentless pursuit of excellence.
