The mobile platform will provide the same features as the Smart Portal. This mobile application is a handy application for consumers where they can monitor their consumption details anytime. The application is built to run on consumer mobile devices supported by Android 4.4 and up. Consumers will have access to their connection and meter details along with consumption patterns through the application. The consumer will also be able to receive notifications from the utility like outage intimation, event, billing, due date, other info etc.
The user can sign up using their Account id/customer id/IVRS number/Service number followed by a secure password.
Once signed up, they'll be using the same account id as their username and login through their password to access their account details in the app.
After logging in, the user will have access to various features which will help them understand their consumption pattern, saving tips, notifications etc.
Consumption
The user can view their consumption pattern on a daily, monthly and yearly basis from the Consumption tab.

The user can see exciting energy related facts via this feature.
Saving Tips
Consumers can view various energy tips to aid in bringing down their electricity bill in this section. The user can view tips to save energy in both ways: General Energy Savings and Equipment Wise Savings.
Notification
The user can access this feature to view the notifications from utility such as outage, event, due date, billing info, other info etc.
