In Fit360 you will enjoy the exercises, workout routines and challenges to keep your body healthy and get the aesthetic results you wish; like losing weight, shaping your figure or improving your physical condition. The exercises and workout routines can be done anywhere and without needing gym equipment. Find, in addition, effective tips and food guides that fit your training needs. All in one application.
Mental health
Fit360 gives you advice and teaches you activities that you can carry out to generate new healthy habits and improve your quality of life. Reduce stress, connect with your inner being and achieve your defined goals in different areas of your life. By improving your thoughts and beliefs you can be in total control of your life and achieve the health, the happiness and the success you are looking for.
App features
- Upload photos to keep visualizing your aesthetic progress.
- Use the Journal section in the app to adopt your new habits.
- “Medal count” to obtain recognitions when meeting your training goals.
- Download the videos of the activities to be available for you at all times.
- Select activities or videos specifying the body part to work on and the workout level you want.
- Select your favorite activities.
- Schedule notifications reminding you of the physical and mental activities to be done during the day to create new habits.
- Get recommendations of activities which fit the best of your needs by answering just a few questions.
NOTE: The training plans and the tips included in the app are developed by specialists on the topic.
Information on the use of the app and the subscription
The download and use of Fit360 is free and at no cost. Access all the information, trainings, activities and functions by subscribing to one of our plans. A plan of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months.
- Payment will be charged to the iTunes account at confirmation of the purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period and identify the cost of the renewal.
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user´s account settings after purchase.
