The evidence of student skill development will allow to adapt teaching to meet student needs to appropriately develop these non-cognitive skills and assess them. The behavioral indicators provided by our app will help provide a shared and common meaning of personality traits and hence facilitate the inclusion of these skills as school objectives, with measurable student outcomes. Our direct non-cognitive skill assessment tool will require students to demonstrate their skills through actively solving a problem, instead of using potentially more subjective self- and teacher- evaluative questionnaires. As a longer-term vision, this tool will allow for the generation of data that can be mined later to related non-cognitive skills with other aspects measure from students.
