The F2O Valve Repair Mobile and web-based solution developed keeping real-time project management from office with collaborating with field team to ensure a continuous flow of information, updates and reports between the team and the office anytime and anywhere. Field Officers can submit claims for the expenses such as Food, Travel and Medical through the mobile platform which can then be approved by the reporting managers through the web. An interactive dashboard provides an overview of jobs, activities and claims and a summary of various upcoming and overdue tasks along with graphical representation showing distribution trends.

Job Cards:
There are basically 2 types of job cards that can be created from our application namely Safety Valve and Isolation Valve, User on the field can add the Details, Condition, Spares and Consumables required to complete the repair process and simultaneously admin will get updates on the work happening. User on field can capture pictures of the valve spare parts required to get the work done and inform the same to their clients and admin team.
Activities:
Admin user creates a checklist and assign the activity that field executive needs to perform apart from his regular work and once the work is completed, on field user can update with confirmation and add pictures of work done if needed.
Claims:
Application users can raise claims for the expenses they incur during their field visit and ask for admin approval.
