Easily follow a weightlifting routine.
The app currently includes the following programs (more will be added!):

Weightlifting Features:
-You can easily record reps and weights lifted, and set the next session's weights.
-You can schedule your workouts.
-Works well offline. Once a program is downloaded to your phone, everything except videos will be available offline.
-For 531 programs, percentage of max weight is calculated for you.
-Easily calculate plates to put on each side of a barbell bar, and set rest timers.
