A 911 Android Geographical Car Accident Locator is an accident reporting app lets you create a car accident report in a safer way using the face Recognition system and faster response of 911 Davao City, Philippines. On installation, the user must allow the permission of all the application needed, such as camera, contact, location, and audio. The user must register first his/her personal information including the Name, Address, Phone Number, Face recognition, and his/her ID which is a valid one as a proof of his existence. After registration, the Portal administrator can already decide if he would accept or deny the registration by the user regarding user's ID if it is valid or not. Automatically a notification would be sent to the user's phone, if it is accepted or denied. If the user is accepted, the user can already send reports where the user can put the title of the incident, an image or video, description, and also tags if it is a major or minor car accident. If a user already sent a report, the Portal Administrator can easily track the location of the user using google map. The Portal Administrator also is the one who can decide if how much time is needed for the respond depending on the 911 core spondee. After giving a response to the report, the tag would be automatically turned into a green from the user’s given priority.
