RaceStart provides a means for Race Officers and Timekeepers running regattas to monitor the progress of events during the start sequence for a single start or multiple starts. It ensures that Start Times will coincide with a whole clock minute (ie hh.mm.00). It then provides a clear countdown to the next flag operation (eg Postponement Down) and also shows Time of Day and Time to Start. This means that the timekeeper has a continuous monitor of time to his/her next radio / flag signal instruction and that the Race Officer has a constant check of the time available for course setting.
