How ShiftMed Works:
- Get Credentialed: You must have a CNA, LPN, or RN license in order to use the ShiftMed app. Once you have your nursing credentials in hand, we will manage and share them with our care providers to make sure you stay credentialed.
- Claim Shifts: With our smart reminders, you’ll instantly be alerted when facilities post new shifts that fit your schedule. Work as little or as much as you want, and pick only the nursing shifts you want to work!
- Start Working: Every shift is an opportunity to learn something new. Meet other healthcare professionals nearby, travel to exciting new areas, and try out hospitals or nursing facilities! Positions include: CNA, LPN, GNA, and RN.
- Get Paid: Simply check-in and check out on the ShiftMed app, and facilities will approve your per diem hours. You work as an employee for ShiftMed when picking up shifts with us, not a contractor. Enjoy weekly pay, sick pay, and overtime as a caregiver.
