Select from a wide variety of workouts, including cardio, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), muscle conditioning, core, noodles, hand buoys, yoga, water walking, arthritis, balance, and more. There are also in-home workouts for rain-days when you can’t get in the pool.

Select your pool workout, download and then head to the pool and follow along with water workouts led by trained experts. Visit the PoolFit website for ideas and recommendations for earbuds, small speakers, waterproof cases, phone/tablet stands and effective usage tips. Version 1.1 includes Apple Airplay support.
