You can uses this application for sending SMS to GSM controller. There are electric tool and can edit names "on_code" and "off_code". Also you can add one or more phone numbers.
This application can't send sms directly because play store do not permission for sending sms. (SEND_SMS and READ_PHONE_STATE).
I have an android application that can send sms directly. If you want it you can send me an email to me.
