You can create your surveys http://survapp.palvac.co.ke and push them to mobile devices on field officers / data collectors. The data will then be synchronized and pushed to http://survapp.palvac.co.ke for storage, analysis and exporting / downloading.
The app supports an offline mode where users can download data without internet connectivity, capture GPS coordinates and attach pictures / videos which gives credibility to the data collected.
