DictSharp is a mobile offline English Dictionary, which is available on the AppStore for FREE. This is an easy-to-use English dictionary application for both iPhone and iPad users.
DictSharp comprises multiple StarDict file format dictionaries. The pre-installed dictionaries include the following English dictionaries:
- English Vietnamese Dictionary ( over 110,000 entries )
- Vietnamese English Dictionary ( over 75,000 entries )
- English English Dictionary / WordNet Dictionary ( over 145,000 entries )
DictSharp has a simple and good design for both reference and learning of English. It is an ideal English dictionary application for both students and professionals who need a comprehensive dictionary of English (English to Vietnamese / Vietnamese to English / English to English) and for everyone who is using English at work or at home.

- Vietnamese search allows you to find Vietnamese words without accent marks or diacritics
- Instant search allows you to quickly look up word definitions just by tapping a word in the word definition browser
- InDict reference tool allows you to use iOS built-in dictionary to look up word definitions in your iOS device dictionaries, such as: Oxford American Dictionary
- Camera search allows you to scan a picture to get a list of words from the picture. You can select a word from that list to look up
- Custom URL Scheme search allows you to search a term through a URL like dictsharp://term-to-search
- DictSharp is now available in Share Menu so that you can search terms through Sharing feature.
