The Global Ark is a social platform where the global community can share their opinions about relevant topics. Members from across the globe build a community and contribute towards creating the Ark Index by ranking nations, states, issues both domestic and international. The Ark index will overtime represent a cumulative reflection of thousands maybe millions of people and their understanding of the world around them.
