Geolocator allows you to calculate your location without being dependent on global localizing infrastructure. To achieve that, we scan the access points visible to you and perform something very similar to a triangulation to calculate your location. To make this possible, we have to maintain a data base with access points.

To work seamless with your applications, geolocator will use a feature called mock locations on your device. Because your location is a very sensitive topic, you will need to fulfill some requirements this app has first. But don't worry, we will help you to set everything up.
