INTRODUCTION AND OBJECTIVES
GUGC Application aims to allow the GUGC students in the Faculty convenient access, available through the app data, information necessary while on campus life and work.
Application Structure
• Considering UX, inducing sensible use through the pictogram of the main screen
• Providing additional functions through the menu bar at the top right and left
• Providing real-time information via Push Notifications of the top center

• Go to the provision of Minerva, UGENT E-mail service
• Faculty contact information provided
• Facility information provided
• Cafeteria menu information provided

• Minerva (Straight link to Minerva)
• E-mail (Straight link to Ghent webmail)
• Student Bulletin (Bulletin only useable for certain users)

KEY FEATURES DETAILED INTRODUCTION
Minerva
-Minerva shortcuts available through Minerva icon on the main screen
-Offers a shortcut through email on the email icon on the main screen
Faculty
-Faculty and staff information (photo, office location, office hour, full name, E-mail address) provided.-->officehour, photo needs update
Planning to add the function to use Ghent email from Microsoft outlook application start writing an email to that address via our app.-->done
Office contact number will move to the right to the phone application when clicked.
Facility
-Provides similar functionality from the Faculty information, and the overall image will offer small tips when clicked.
Provide information about facilities such as Gym, Cafeteria, Library, etc.
Cafeteria menu
-Provides shortcuts to IGC Cafeteria menu

-Planning to add used deals trading board.

-Planning to create the Lost informational bulletin
