How it Works
Move-in & Move-out Inspections: A renter or property manager downloads the App and makes an unalterable and time stamped record of a property’s condition before moving in. The App prompts the user to add notes, take photos, check appliances, and evaluate each room’s condition. The photos and notes are uploaded, time-stamped, and cannot be altered. Manage all aspect of property conditions from your mobile device.
