YOU NEED A GOOGLE DAYDREAM COMPATIBLE PHONE AND HEADSET TO USE THIS APP.
The daydream wireless controller has three buttons. The top button is the click button. The middle button is the app button. The bottom button is the home button.
Every column in the middle section of the board is electrically connected and the rows on the top and bottom are electrically connected.
On the screen is a verb on the left and a noun on the right. Cycle through these with the app button. Long press the app button to cycle through the nouns. Short press the app button to cycle through the verbs. The nouns and verbs are arranged in alphabetical order. See below.
Press the click button to perform the verb.
A short press on the home button exits the program. Short press the home button again to go back to the program, or click the program icon to restart the program. A long press on the home button recenters the view horizontally and also recenters the wireless controller (hold it straight forward and level and recenter).
Verbs:
Adjust Stepsize: Click and adjust algorithm stepwise.
Create: Select a noun and click on the circuit board to create a new component. Move the cursor and click again to select the other endpoint. Click the first location to undo the operation.
Delete: Point at a component endpoint and click to remove it.
Edit: Click either endpoint of a component to change the value of a component.
Flip: Click either endpoint of a component to change which way the component leans.
Invert: Click either endpoint of a component to physically reverse the orientation of the component.
Move: Click either endpoint of a component and move it to another position.
Pause: Pause time so nothing changes so you can reorganize the circuit.
Switch: Click either endpoint of a switch component and it opens or closes.
Nouns:
Battery: Some voltage difference across the battery
Capacitor: Holds a charge
Current Source: Some constant amount of current
Inductor: Typically a coil that holds a magnetic flux
Light: Changes color if a current is present
Resistor: Drop in voltage, loss of electrical energy
Switch: Open or closed
Wire: No voltage drop, passes current
Amps: Measures current through the ammeter
Coulombs: Measures charge through the charge counter
Farads: Measures equivalent capacitance
Henries: Measures equivalent inductance
Ohms: Measures equivalent resistance
Volts: Measures the voltage across the volt meter
Webers: Measures magnetic flux across the voltage integrator
