خطوات التسجيل و الدخول:
- بعد تحميل التطبيق ، إذا كنت مسجلاً في خدمة الأول أون لاين أو الأول موبايل، قم بتسجيل الدخول مباشرة باستخدام اسم المستخدم و كلمة السر الخاصة بك كما يمكنك أيضا القيام بإنشاء رمز جوال سري خاص بك كوسيلة أخرى لتسجيل الدخول وبنفس درجة الأمان.
في حال لم تكن مسجلاً في خدمة الأول أون لاين أو الأول موبايل ، إضغط على "تسجيل جديد" من خلال التطبيق ثم اتبع الخطوات التالية:
- أدخل رقم بطاقة الصراف أو البطاقة الائتمانية الخاصة بك.
- أدخل الرقم السري الخاص بالبطاقة.
- سوف تصلك رسالة على هاتفك الجوال المسجل لدى البنك لتوثيق عملية التسجيل (يمكنك تحديث رقم الجوال باستخدام أحد أجهزة الصراف الآلي الخاصة بالبنك أو عن طريق زيارة أقرب فرع)
- قم بإنشاء اسم مستخدم و كلمة سر لإتمام عملية التسجيل، بعد ذلك يمكنك تسجيل الدخول للأول أون لاين أو الأول موبايل بنفس اسم المستخدم وكلمة السر كما يمكنك إنشاء رقم سري خاص بالتطبيق كوسيلة أخرى لتسجيل الدخول للتطبيق بكل سهولة و أمان.
حمّل التطبيق الآن واستمتع بالمزايا التالية:
- إمكانية إضافة مستفيدين للحوالات المالية والفواتير مباشرة من التطبيق وتحويل الأموال و تسديد الفواتير.
- إمكانية تسديد أكثر من فاتورة دفعة واحدة وشحن رصيد الجوال سواء عن طريق الحساب الجاري أو البطاقة الائتمانية.

Registration and Login Steps:
- After downloading the app, if you are already registered in Alawwal Mobile, or Alawwal Online, create a New Mobile PIN to log in to the app , or log in using your Alawwal Online user name and password; if you aren’t registered, from the app click on “New Registration” then:
- Enter either your ATM or Credit Card number.
- Enter your card PIN.
