UMOJA's accessibility assessment application is a FREE means of quickly, easily, and accurately assessing the accessibility of your hotel for guests with disabilities. Create your property's Accessibility Profile based on international accessibility standards such as the Americans with Disabilities Act, the UK Equality Act, and the European Network for Accessible Tourism (ENAT) guidelines".
The average assessment takes less than 90 minutes and involves answering a series of questions about different spaces within your hotel, as well as taking measurements and photographs. UMOJA will then process the results of this self-assessment and work with you to understand your property's accessibility strengths and areas of improvement.
