Australian Mortgage Saver asks a few questions regarding your existing lending. The calculator will then use current market offers to determine the potential savings you could enjoy by switching lender.
Simply input the loan balance, current interest rate, loan term in years (remaining), whether you are paying interest only or principal and interest, and whether you are paying weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
Once you have been given an indication of potential savings you then have the option to proceed for a full breakdown by contacting a professional, licensed mortgage broker. The entire process is free, and the app simply aims to improve any given financial position.
The calculator is updated consistently to ensure information provided is accurate.
The application also updates with the best offers on the market on top of which product has the best rate. This includes rebate offers, government offers, switching offers and more.
