The app is for free, and there are no costs involved for users. The access to the icons of the EuroSPI confetence is for free, no costs for users. The app details can be found at the web site http://2018.eurospi.net/index.php/about/euroasiaspi-app . At this web site you have access to the icons . When users scan the icons with the App the App will automatically recognise the workshop and open the corresponding web site with the program of the workshop. This app substitutes the paper handout and enables the conference attendees to access the program via a mobile app.
The app also includes a gamification approach where users can prove that they have read all 10 workshop and the research stream program.
The app was developed in cooperation between EuroSPI and students from the University of Applied Sciences Joanneum, Graz, Austria.
