The kitchen sink provides a maintained Xamarin.Forms application that’s lightweight, quick and simple that we use to test new Xamarin versions against the latest beta OS’s.
It’s our “kitchen sink” with every control new and old in that we use to test and confirm everything works. Maybe we want to try something out, a new control or new way to implement a custom renderer, this is where we put it. It goes through the full dev cycle all the way through the approval process to prove everything is OK.
The "kitchen sink" includes the different types of layouts that can be achieved in Xamarin Forms including StackLayout, Relative, Absolute and Grid layouts. It also contains a range of components for example sliders, binding values, models, signature pad, alerts & actions sheets
