Pay attention to your body and health. The Body Facts Calculator can support you here. Measure numbers like the Body Mass Index (BMI), the Waist-Hip Ratio (WHR) and the Waist-Height Ratio (WHtR) shed light on your body weight and the distribution of your body fat. The respective classification of the measure number indicates the health relevance of your current weight. That way you can see if you have an increased health risk for cardiovascular diseases at any time.
