The main objectives of the Central Provincial Ministry of Road Development, Transport, Power & Energy and Housing & Construction are,
-Maintain resources and institutional affairs as expected to reach the Mission of the Ministry
-Plan, operate, monitor and evaluate activities of Road Development, Transport Services, Power and Energy and Housing Development implement utilizing Criteria Based and Provincial Specific Development Grants
-Develop and maintain a quality provincial road network including other identified engineering work
-Provide guidance to upgrade energy efficiency within the province, identify, develop and promote alternative energy sources
-Administration activities and supply required infrastructure facilities to maintain an efficient transport network within the province
-Implement a good Finance Management System within the Ministry and institutions functioned under the Ministry
-Provide assistance to build a house with basic facilities based on participatory entrance,encourage low cost housing techniques and implement rules and regulations of the House Rental Act
-Create a background needed to stabilize a commuter safe journey with the help with relevant parties, issue vehicle revenue licenses, register garages and issue suitability certificates.
