A complete payroll processing companion app for UK based employees. Offering a full cycle of employee payroll work flow starting from employee creation and tax period management including adding payments, adjustments and attachments, through to the payroll calculation with payslips. Imbued with rich history listings of employee payments and transactions throughout the tax periods facilitates detailed year to date reporting.
Tax periods can be managed via the dashboard allowing weekly and monthly setups. There are tax calendar and summary displays and easy to use tasks such as closing and updating the current tax periods. Year end functionality available to close off the tax year and update employees.
Includes a fully functioning contact management for your employees, allowing a comprehensive range of pay details to be processed. Create employees who can operate under PAYE or limited company schemes on weekly or monthly pay frequencies. Employees have a variety of pay settings such as tax codes, pension, student loans, National Insurance categories.
Add payments (salary, overtime, expenses, etc), deductions (advances, loans, etc), attachments of earnings (council tax, child support, etc) for the current tax period of the tax year. Year to date figures can be entered against new employees throughout a tax year to accurately calculate the earnings, tax, national insurance for any given pay period during a tax year.
The payroll calculation uses up to date and accurate income tax bands, national insurance rates, personal tax allowance, pensionable pay limits and percentages, student loan rates. Running the payroll will display an easy to read payslip detailing the payments, deductions and totals for the relevant tax period.
Easy to navigate scrolling payroll history can be viewed with more detailed payment information available with a swipe.
