Convention Track has features that display all the resources needed for a convention or event in a dynamic way. This integrated Convention Management App provides event managers and other entities involved in an event or convention with easy & on-demand services that streamline the processes and facilitates the entire journey.
The App also maps and displays business entities, services and many other resources needed in cities where most conventions are held. The integrated map shows the neighborhood within reasonable distance/miles from convention location similar to many popular location and map/navigation services. Once you have downloaded the App, simply, launch the app and Convention Track will make your event and convention journey an enjoyable experience.
The App has simple yet robust enterprise class features. Clients can find the most expert(s) in the neighborhood, city or state and within seconds can start collaborating in with the resources and/or local event coordinators in real time instead of days and weeks.
Convention/Event resources can launch the app and can activate to go "Online" to accept requests/opportunities from those within certain distance of the
event/convention managers and other entities' location.
Convention Managers will be able to find the resources based on the popular technologies: Near Me, Around Me or My Neighborhood.
Resources can drive to convention/event managers anywhere in the city once they activate "Go Online" on their Convention Track App similar to many other popular Mobile Drivers App.
