Total Fitness has something that works for everyone. Our facilities are 24hr access and offering a wide variety of Group Fitness classes geared toward all fitness levels. Alongside over 30 pieces of cardio equipment to choose from, our weights range from machines and free weights to cable cross and functional training racks with turf.
Maybe working out on your own or in a class isn’t your thing; At TF we have several Certified Personal Trainers who look forward to working with our members on proper technique and form.
