This app calculates the calories burnt based on your input weight in kg. You can see that the gravity of earth changes constantly. Having the mobile phone in your pocket, it takes your weight and multiplies with the current gravity of the any location. This is then multiplied with the distance walked, determined by the pedometer on your phone. The app works out the amount of energy burnt (in Joules) and the amount of calories burnt (in kCal). You can then work out how much calories you have burnt in a day
