The logbook module consists of two parts: the user management in the Internet location and the portal for the management of tours, NavFleet portal.
In the InternetOrient portal, the administrator has the option of distributing the rights to users (dispatchers) so that they can see and edit the rides of the drivers. Users can then view tours of drivers and vehicles, edit them, assign cost centers, and archive tours. The administrators can then assign the drivers in the employee monitor a user name and a password, with which the drivers can then log in to the NavFleet portal. A vehicle group assignment is also possible in the employee master data.
The NavFleet portal offers the driver the ability to edit recorded tours and enter a cost center, as well as to combine multiple trips into one tour. The processed tours can then be completed. Afterwards, the dispatcher archives the tour in the InternetOrient portal.
