Law Firm/ Lawyer Dashboard
1. Lawyer can add all the cases and details of the cases which will be shown in the
form of table.
In that there is action section, there are four actions:
* Send to Lawyer: If you are busy in other court then you can search the
particular lawyer and send the request to that lawyer to attend that case.
* Send to Counselor: If you need any suggestion then you can search the
particular counselor and send the request to the Counselor.
* Edit the Case: You can edit the Case Details.
* Delete the Case: You can delete the Case.
2. Add Next Date/Stage/Judge: If Lawyer gets the next date of his/her case from
court, then Lawyer will directly be able to add the next date, stage and Judge(if
judge changes) for that particular case.
3. Case History: Lawyer will able to see his/her particular case history where
Lawyer can see the previous date, next date, stage, judge name and attended
by.
4. Lawyer can get clearer details of court, client etc. about his/her case in the
related popup box.
5. Lawyer will be able to see upcoming cases like today, tomorrows, weekly or
under calendar visual.
6. Create / Manage lawyer and view your lawyer cases details under particular Law
Firm (Only available in Law firm).
7. Support Desk: Lawyers have the Support Desk where he/she can view and
manage the matters received (from other lawyers) and matters sent(to other
lawyers).
8. Legal Queries: View the query sent from the Client. And then lawyer can connect
with that client via mail and phone.
9. Counsel Desk: Lawyer can see the counselor status (i.e. Accepted, Pending or
Not Accepted) about the cases sent by him to that Counselor.
10. Lawyer can view the payment status for a particular case and can also add the
payment received partly through cheque, card or cash.
11. Lawyer can search for interns and junior lawyers as per location and area of
interest, or Lawyer can post jobs as per his/her requirement.
12. Lawyer can export all cases on a single click in Excel Format.
Counselor Dashboard
1. Counselor can view the request from lawyer and then sends the details (like Address,
Time and Date) about Conference or Hearing to that particular lawyer for further
meeting.
2. Counselor can accept or reject the request by clicking on YES or NO button. If
counselors click on YES button then popup will open and he/she will send the details for
further meeting with lawyers. If click on NO then it will reject and i.e. shown in lawyers
dashboard.
3. Counselor can view all the Accepted Request in Counsel Diary or under upcoming
cases like today, tomorrow, weekly and calendar visual.
4. Counsel can export all the cases in Excel Format.
5. Counsel can raise a bill to Lawyer.
Intern Dashboard
1. Intern can view the jobs posted (according to his/her area of interest) by another
lawyer.
2. Intern can view the request send by lawyer.
3. Intern can fill his/her details in My Profile for further jobs from lawyer.
