OnTrack mobile application improves driver’s and dispatcher’s communication. It allows driver and dispatcher to have a conversation and manage tasks, while driver uses mobile application and dispatcher uses fleet management system.
OnTrack main functionalities and application:
• Communication module – chat to have a fast conversation between driver and dispatcher. It also shows read and unread messages and allows to attach pictures (.jpg and .png).
• Task module – dispatcher can create and send tasks to the driver and driver can confirm completed tasks or reject tasks. It also allows driver to quickly navigate to the tasks location.
