The same data are used to bespoke a prevention plan that is tailored to your Health Focus but also integrating your lifestyle to make it accessible, progressive but still efficient.
To make your prevention plan simple we are integrating the details of our daily recommendations into a simple set of food intakes, physical, sleep, and mindfulness daily goals. You can access the details but we help you focus on the small steps that will make the difference, that makes prevention a fun and enjoyable personal challenge.
All your collated and calculated personal data are used for that purpose and remains under your control at any moment.
Can I use it?
HealthyHealth is a professional service provided “on invitation only” at the moment. We are partnering with the main tracker providers and multiple FTSE 100 companies in the UK and companies around the world to improve the health and safety of their employees.
