GRAPP is a FREE app for managing client groups, collecting payments and tracking them. You could create multiple groups for clients, send out bills and keep a track on payments.
WHY USE GRAPP:
It has a collection of features tailored to suit your needs perfectly.
GROUPS: You, as an Admin can create groups, add or remove your clients as you need.
BILLS: Admin can send out a set of invoices (of same amount or customised amount) to the group members right from the application. Members will get notified through SMS. Once bills are paid, the amount gets directly credited to admin’s bank account.
MULTIPLE PAYMENT METHODS: A member can pay the bills through various payment method; UPI, Net banking, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and Wallets. Grapp is Integrated with a leading payment gateway that handles all your transactions securely.
SCHEDULES: Admins can set up schedules for groups so that they can keep their clients informed. The application sends out notifications to the members, reminders on schedule changes etc. Group members can RSVP to acknowledge their availability for events.
POLLS: Polls can be started by Admins or members within the groups to have a healthy discussions on relevant topics.
ATTENDANCE: Admins can maintain a record of participation and use the same to calculate the invoices if required.
GROUP CHAT: Helps you stay connected with your groups/clients.
MASKED PHONE NUMBERS: Member’s phone numbers are masked to prevent misuse or breach of privacy.
REGISTER YOUR BRAND: You can register your business brand with Grapp and stay safe from others that may attempt to impersonate you.

WHO DOES THE APPLICATION BENEFIT?
TUITION TEACHERS AND COACHES:
They can send their monthly fee invoices to students (or their parents). They may also mark attendance and share the same with parents. The App could also help them set up schedules for classes. Any changes made to class schedules are immediately sent to group members through notifications.

Split expenses incurred during your routine games or team lunches easily. Send Bills to your team members so that they may pay through methods that are convenient to them. There is no need to share your BANK ACCOUNT, UPI handle or anything else. No one will ever forget to pay the bills.
HOME DELIVERY:
Why carry POS machines for every delivery? Send bills across before you even start for a delivery. A shopkeeper can deploy multiple delivery boys in different routes at the same time and not have to worry about the lack of POS machines. The App can also be used to allow the option of credit to loyal customers so they can pay their weekly bills in a click at the end of the month.
NEWSPAPER, CAR WASH, IRONWALA:
