I have been in many years to look at those experience Hong Kong chefs, they were making the luxury Hong Kong dishes all the times. At the end, I just like to taste the local and general dishes with the taste of Hong Kong history and culture, Food preparation is simple as simple just like my half-past life who living in 60's 70's, and following Hong Kong culture from choosing the ingredient, food marinate, cooking processes and presentation...TASTE.
All ingredients are used by iron chef which are very general and easy to get from a family, follow the video to lead you enable to cook the same dishes as : Cheap, Beauty and TASTY.
Iron Chef is fully exhibited like the early stage of Hong Kong's food tastes which I have never seen before. And I believe that I should help to promote to overseas to let others understand the Hong Kong.
