Truth be told, this app was created because I wanted an app like this, but I couldn’t find it anywhere. Either the content was so shallow that a street cleaner could have given better advice, or there was no content at all- just a template with a heap of features.

I wanted an app that would turn habits into tasks and would organize them into the perfect routine, where all you would have to do is act. The tasks would be offered by the app. So I started creating this app. These were the main thought behind it:

As we know from a myriad of self-help books, it takes time for a habit to form. It’s only after 28 days, as the rule says, that it becomes a habit. Before that time, it’s a challenging task that we keep doing every day. That’s why I came up with the coin system. It keeps you from putting too much pressure on yourself. Besides, our brains are wired to greet any gift (be it a virtual coin) with a generous dose of dopamine.

The tasks are organized in a way that at first they are incredibly easy, becoming more and more complex in the process. This will make changing your behavior easier. The more complex tasks that appear later are a kind of a challenge, to keep you toned on the way to personal growth.

As time goes by, it will be up to you which tasks you want to add to your morning routine and which ones you can do with. In the “Coach” section, you will find carefully selected groups of tasks that solve particular problems.
