"Cat On Screen " is an application, which displays a very realistic animation of a cat on the screen of your phone. A cat try to grab icons and run programs. You can browse your phone / tablet and the cat will still be visible. To stop the app, start "Cat On Screen" again or by pressing the delete button in the Android notification bar.
