Track Labor Hours & GPS For People & Machines!
Ideal for use by contractors, consultants, engineers, on-site & off-site employees, and production lines & machines. Also, track Mobile Equipment, Mobile Crews, and Production Machinery.
Track multiple and concurrent jobs. Simply enter the open jobs and use a one-touch function to "Start" and "Stop" each job. All jobs can run concurrently without the need to stop a job to start the other. No need to keep the device on all the time.
For Employees:
Up to 3% of employee pay is lost due to employer rounding up of worked hours , misapplication of payroll policies, missed and erroneous clock punches, unpaid overtime, unpaid recall & extended work hours, and erroneous accruals of vacation time and paid sick hours. It is strongly recommended that each employee, even those whose company have other punch clock systems, should download a copy of our APP and use it to compare the employer paid hours to the actual hours collected by the APP.
For Employers:
Employers can save up to 5% on gross payroll processing costs by eliminating manual data entry of employee time sheets. It is strongly recommended that employers provide a copy of one of our APPS to each on-site and off-site employee instead of installing a more expensive punch clock system that costs thousand of dollars to setup and run. With our APPS, the employer gets a "standard format" time sheet that can be easily aggregated in a spreadsheet or payroll system. Using our APP, the employer can find out the GPS Location for each employee Clock In & Out to make sure that the employee was on-site or at the designated work site when they clocked in & out.
For Consultants & Contractors:
Our APPS provide a highly accurate labor hours and cost calculation system. It provides a complete and detailed break down of all labor hours and labor cost per Job/Task #, Work Order #, Project #, Project Detail, and Invoice #. Our APPS also provide complete Audit Traceability of all worked and billed hours, and the actual GPS Locations where the work was performed to back up mileage deductions for tax purposes.
For Work Crews:
Each mobile work crew can be provided with a copy of our APP to track the labor hours & Cost, clocking in & out data, and GPS locations where the work was performed. The crew chief can generate a detailed report of the work hours, cost, and GPS locations for any pay period, export and email the results in a (.csv) spreadsheet format to the head office.
For Mobile Equipment & Machinery:
Instead of investing thousands of dollars in satellite based applications and GPS hardware, each Mobile Equipment and Heavy Machinery can be equipped with a low cost ($100) smart device and a copy of one of our APPS. Our APPS can track the GPS Location and Operational Hours for all off-site Mobile Equipment and provide a detailed (.csv) spreadsheet with all the operational hours, cost, and GPS locations.
