The Exersciz app creates an exercise program that is tailored to your health and fitness goals.
The program starts with a simple 10 question questionnaire to identify your exercise needs. After analyzing these needs, the app creates strength, flexibility and cardio programs tailored to you.
The exercises are adapted to your skill level, and are presented with simple instructions and videos. Your progress can be followed with the built-in physical fitness evaluation.
The algorithms that create your health program were developed by a team of Olympic trainers, kinesiologists and sports doctors.
