SanelaCare: An Online Practice Management App for Doctors and Clinics
SanelaCare app will enable doctors and clinics to provide online consultation services to the patients
across India. SanelaCare web application already has 100+ doctors onboarded and using a cloud based
clinic management software to manage their clinic operations. SanelaCare mobile is an extension to the
current solution. Using the SanelaCare app, doctors can provide their online consultation services from
anywhere to the patients location anywhere.

Online Appointment Notifications: Doctors will get a notification whenever a patient books an online
appointment with basic details filled in.
Online Appointment Cancellation: Due to any unavoidable reasons if the doctor can't attend scheduled
consultation, then he/she can cancel the appointment online. A notification will be sent to the patient
and fee refund will also be initiated.
Video Consultation: The App will alert doctors as per booked appointment schedule. Doctor needs to
initiate the video call. Once the video consultation starts, the doctor will verify patient details and also
disclose self details to the patient. Once details are verified, the video consultation will take place. We
integrated a highly secured video streaming platform (Twilio) to enable online consultation functionality.
Online Notes Preparation: Once online consultation is completed, the doctor will log the notes in
application. Patient will get a notification once the doctor submits the notes for your reference.
Online Prescription: Doctors can enter the necessary medication details online after consultation, the
app will generate an online prescription and notify the patients for their reference and action.
Prescribe diagnostic tests Online: If the Doctor finds any necessary to prescribe any further diagnostic
tests; the details will be entered into the system. My Sanela app will notify patients the details of
prescribed diagnostic tests online.
Verify Reports Online: Doctors will be able to verify the reports uploaded by patients online and advise
any further medication accordingly if required.
