When you export a workout from Training Peaks using the JSON option this bridging app will run automatically (you need to ensure you do not have another Android app that is the default JSON app) and attempt to send the workout to your watch or device. It will display progress. Once completed just click OK and it closes. The job has been done. When you then use Drew's Intervals on your watch or other Garmin device you can then select Training Peaks in the opening menu as the workout source.
